Prize terms & conditions
The prize will be drawn in the week post to the event. The winner will be notified by email and must respond within 48hrs otherwise the prize will be re-drawn. If any product shown in the prize promotion is not available at the time of the event, a similar item of equal value will be provided by the designer. It is a condition of entry that prizes must be collected in person at the event. The prize winner's name will be published on The Big Design Market website, Instagram page, and Facebook page.

Entrants in our competition will receive event updates via our e-newsletter (maximum 12 emails per event). If you don't wish to receive further updates about The Big Design Market, click on the unsubscribe link in the next e-newsletter from us and you will immediately be removed from our mailing list.

1. Eligibility
This competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of The Big Design Group or Axil Coffee Roasters are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps on Instagram:
Follow @thebigdesignmarket and @axilcoffeeroasters
Like the competition post
Tag a friend in the comments (each separate tag counts as one entry; unlimited entries allowed)
Share the post to their Instagram Story and tag @thebigdesignmarket for one bonus entry
Entries submitted via fake or giveaway-only accounts may be deemed invalid.
3. Promotional Period
The competition opens on the date and time the post is published and closes Thursday 4 December 2025 at 6:59pm AEDT.
Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
4. Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive:
One year of Axil Coffee Roasters specialty coffee beans delivered monthly (valued at $780)
Winner’s choice of Seasonal Blend, Heavyweight Blend or Pele Blend
Total prize value: $780 AUD
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
5. Winner Selection & Announcement
The winner will be drawn at random by The Big Design Group.
The winner will be announced on The Big Design Market’s Instagram Stories at 7pm on Thursday 4 December 2025 and contacted directly via Instagram DM.
If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, The Big Design Group reserves the right to redraw the prize.
6. Delivery of Prize
The winner must provide a valid Australian postal address.
Coffee deliveries will be organised directly with Axil Coffee Roasters.
7. General Conditions
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By entering, participants release Instagram from all responsibility.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions or appear fraudulent.
The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues that may affect entry submission.
8. Privacy
Information provided by entrants will be used solely for the administration of this competition and will not be shared with third parties except as required to deliver the prize.
